Theology on Tap—May 23, 2017
What’s important in my life? Who am I? Do I matter? Is there a purpose to my life?
What happens when I die?
These are some of the questions we all grapple with from time to time. And having no meaningful
answers, most of us push them into the backs of our heads and go on with our lives, wondering what
it’s all about.
Join Father Victor Eschbach, Pastor of Our Lady of Consolation, Father Michael Hennelly, Pastor of Sacred Heart, and Monsignor Joe Gentili for
Theology on Tap. They may not have all the answers but they’re ready to share three generations of priestly wisdom and experience in pondering
these questions.
It would be helpful if you could submit questions ahead of time so they are better prepared to address them. Simply fill out the form below anony-
mously and mail it to the office, or turn it in at the Narthex Desk after Masses. Questions can also be emailed to [email protected]. The event
will be hosted at The Brass Eagle restaurant located on Route 30 between Parkesburg and Gap.
Anyone 18+ is welcome to join, those under 21 will not be served alcohol. __________________________________CUT HERE AND RETURN __________________________________ AGE:_________________GENDER:________________________MARITAL STATUS:_______________ QUESTION:________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Students in grades K-8 recently visited the Brandywine Art Museum for an all school art field trip. Our art program is focused on inviting a local artist into the school each month to present and discuss their artistic specialty with our students. Our teacher, Joann Saltysiak, then weaves the Archdiocesan curriculum into these various artists’ disciplines and the students work on related projects throughout the month. We have hosted an architect, interior designer, anime’ artist, quilter, origami artist, portrait painter, potter, modern artist, gallery manager, art historian, en plein air painter, cartoonist, industrial designer, scrapbooker, muralist, scrimshaw artist, screen printer and graphic designer. Our students have also participated in many “walking field trips” to the Oxford Art Alliance, Howett’s Printing and a local artist’s studio.
We are still accepting applications for the 2017-18 school year. Please contact us to schedule a tour or shadow day. Financial Aid is available.
