Payment Options

Option I:

Booking on Lump sum without 5% discount.

Possession within 6 months.

Booking on 50% down payment.

Remaining 50% in 6 months in form of two quarterly or 3 by monthly installments.

Possession after 6 months.

Booking on 25 %

Remaining 75% in 1year or maximum 1.5 year Quarterly installments.

Possession after completion of payment.
