A peek inside the calendar!featuring artwork by Georgia Lesley
Lorraine tells us what she thought about the calendar:
“I was glad to see that it was made out of good,
hard paper and all of the pictures in it. And to see
some of the native words in there.”

Safe for Elders 40
“I see balance improvements, and pain relief, and better mobility for the elders when they come to classes.”
Lorraine’s thoughts on Tai Chi
“I wish more of the elders would get involved. It would help them with their balance and breathing.
I think sometimes some people are shy and they think they can’t do it. Or if they have aches and pains. They don’t realize some of this Tai Chi would help them.”
