Appointment LetterWe are pleased to offer you” M. 2 RENUMERATION2.1 Your starting basic monthly salary will be $ 14,850.00 USD (Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty United States Dollars) /- per Month, exclusive of any taxation (TAKE-HOME SALARY AFTER TAX DEDUCTION).2.2 Any bonus or declarations of bonus shall be made at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company. In determining the amount of bonus, the Company shall consider your work performance, amongst other factors.2.3 Your performance will be reviewed periodically and the Company shall make adjustments to your salary as it sees fit.2.4 Family Accommodation: Four-Bed-Room Apartment for employee’s relocating down with their family and Two Bed-Room Apartment for single employee. 2.5 Transportation (Free Transportation, from home to place of work every day) 2.6 Child daycare assistance.2.7 Health, dental, life and disability insurance.2.8 You are entitled to fourteen (14) days of paid sick leave, if you are hospitalized on a doctor's written order, you may get up to forty-six (46) additional days of paid sick leave.2.9` Hazard/Inconveniences: USD3600.00 (Monthly), Car Maintenance: USD2500.00 (Monthly), House & Furnishings: USD 4,000.00 (Monthly), Entertainment & Recreation: USD3000.00 (Monthly), Travel & Events: USD5500.00 (Monthly).

2.10 Communication and Internet Facilities : Laptop Computer, Quad Core Processor, 6 GB RAM, 48XCD-RW, 750GB Hard Drive, Floppy Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Internal 86K Modem, Spare Battery and Necessary Software’s. 24 hours Internet access is also available.2.11 Business Class Travel Flight Ticket alongside family travel ticket will be provided by Company.

3 OBLIGATIONS3.1 Perform all duties to the best of your ability at all times;3.2 Use your best endeavors to promote and protect the interests of the employer; and3.3 Follow all reasonable and lawful directions given to you by the employer, including complying with policies and procedures as amended from time to time. These policies and procedures are not incorporated into your contract of employment.

4 ANNUAL LEAVE4.1 Besides the gazette public holidays, you are entitled to Twenty Eight (28) days paid annual leave; you will receive USD 12,205.00 Take home for each leaves Period. Employer for each Inter-continental trip shall pay USD 4,720.00 flat rate travel/entertainment allowance to employee. Travel shall be by business class.4.2 You are entitled to Ten (10) days of compassionate leave per calendar year. Approval for compassionate leave shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.4.3 All leave applications must be made in writing and at least seven (7) days in advance and shall be approved at the absolute discretion of the Company.

5 TERMINATION AND NOTICE5.1 Upon confirmation of your employment, either party may terminate the contract by giving one (1) months’ notice or one (1) month's salary in lieu of notice.5.2 The Company, however, has the right to give immediate notice before terminating your services if you are guilty of misdemeanour, misconduct, negligence or breach of any of the terms of this Letter of Appointment.5.3 During your notice period, you shall handover all documents and materials relating to your work and ensure a smooth transition of your duties and responsibilities. If you fail to complete the handover during the notice period, the Company shall be fully entitled to require and compel you to stay two (2) more weeks after the notice period has ended to complete the hand over.

6 CONFIDENTIALITY6.1 You shall not disclose to any third party any confidential information obtained during your course of employment unless expressly authorized by the Company.6.2 Confidential information for the purposes of this contract includes and is not limited to trade secrets, business plans, strategies, financial information and any other information that will affect the Company's competitive position.

7 RESIDENCE AND WORK PERMIT / VISA7.1 Company will secure your Residence and Work Permit / Visa from the Malaysian Immigrations Services here in Kuala Lumpur, a family Visa will as well be provided if you are relocating down here with your family. This will enable you live and work legally here in Malaysia.

8 REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES

8.1 You are to bear the cost of processing your Expatriate Work Approval Certificate from the Accredited Attorney and Company will duly reimburse you of all the expenses you incurred only on sight of your valid legalization documents to show seriousness in joining the team not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee’s expense report and receipts. The First six months upfront salaries shall be paid in advance before consultants/employee embark on journey to assume duty to enable you take care of pressing needs at your home country.

9 GOVERNING LAW 9.1 When a Malaysian employer employs a foreigner, it is the responsibility of the employer to apply for a work permit for its foreign employee. The Malaysian employer has to submit various documents to the immigration department and to justify that why it has to employ a foreigner instead of a local. The only documents the employer requires from you are a photocopy of your passport, a medical examination Letter, your academic certificates, copy of your duly signed Job Offer Letter, a copy of your passport sized photograph and a copy of your Expatriate Work Approval Certificate. See below the accredited Attorney whom you need to contact via email to complete the Expatriate Work Approval Certificate from the Malaysian Expatriate Committee since it is the only document that you cannot obtain from your country or country of Residence and since it can only be secured here in Malaysia amongst all the enlisted requirements:

Once you obtain the Expatriate Work Approval Certificate, you are required to send to us via e-mail scanned copies of the following documents which will aid us procure your Residence and Work Permit / Visa:

1. Scan copy of your Expatriate Work Approval Certificate2. Scan copy of your duly Signed Letter

3. Scanned Copy of International Passport (Data Page)4. Scanned Copy of Passport Photograph (Colored)

5. Scan copies of your Academic and Professional Credentials6. Scan copy of your Medical examination Letter

Upon receipt of the above mentioned documents from your side Safemal Drilling Sdn Bhd will secure your Residence and Work Permit here in Malaysia and will contact the Malaysian Consulate in your country and fax all your documents to them to facilitate your Visa. Within a space of 7 working days your papers were faxed to the consulate, we shall notify you on when to go to the Consulate Office in your country for the endorsement of your international passport with your two years Visa Permit.

NOTE: You are to process your Expatriate Work Approval Certificate and Safemal Drilling Sdn Bhd will start the processing of your traveling documents only on sight of your Expatriate Work Approval Certificate from the Malaysian Expatriate Committee (EC) and all other documents to show seriousness in joining the team.

I understand that I may voluntarily terminate my employment. I further understand that I will not be terminated involuntarily at will, rather it will be with cause or prior notice, at any time, regarding of documents or oral or written statements issued by the Safemal Drilling Sdn Bhd or its representatives. With this understanding, I accept the position with the terms as stated above.
