•  Each guestroom will receive 2 parking passes at check-in that must be visible in your vehicle at all times on July 4th. Failure to do so will result in the vehicle being towed at the owner’s expense. Due to the size of this event, we will be unable to accommodate additional vehicles

•  No sparklers or fireworks allowed on hotel property.

In the event of inclement weather on July 4th,

the Hotel scheduled events will continue as

planned. Food & Beverage will be located in

the Conference Center. July 4th guests will

be allowed to return to hotel property to

view the Fireworks, at a later date.

For the safety and security of all our valued Embassy Suites guests, please review the following policies and procedures that are in effect on July 4th, 2019. All guests must wear hotel wrist bands at all times received at check in. Any unregistered guests without a wristband will be asked to leave. This is to ensure our registered guests are priority. No additional or replacement wristbands will be given out after checking into the hotel. A maximum of 6 guests/wristbands is allowed per room including children.

All outside food delivery is prohibited.
