Dublin City Centre places of interest Trinity College Dublin (1) is Ireland’s oldest university
and was founded in 1592. The Library of Trinity College
contains over 4.5 million printed volumes and significant
quantities of manuscripts (including the Book of Kells),
maps and music.
St. Stephen’s Green (2) is a city centre public park,
adjacent to one of Dublin’s main shopping streets, Grafton
Street (3).
The National Gallery of Ireland (4) houses the Irish
national collection of Irish and European art. Founded in
1854, it is located on Merrion Square (5) beside Leinster
House - the building which houses Dáil Éireann (Irish
National Parliament).

Liffey, which has preserved its medieval street pattern

Antoine was appointed CEO of Sage
France in January 2011. In the Leopard
project, Antoine is the SMB Market
Segment leader. He joined Sage
France in 1996 as Marketing Director, to
contribute to the merger of Saari and Sybel, rationalise
and reposition the product lines, and launch the Sage
brand in France. In 2001, he was appointed Managing
Director of Ciel. In 2005, he became Deputy Managing
Director of Sage France, accountable for Sage France
business from the very small businesses (Ciel) to SMEs,
including Professional Accountants, and for Sage
Belgium. Before Sage, Antoine spent the first 9 years
of his career at Apple France where he held several
marketing positions, before joining the Apple France
Board as Director of the “Apple Business Solutions”
Business Unit and then as Product Marketing Director.
Antoine has a « Maîtrise de Gestion » and a « DESS
Informatique de Gestion » at Paris Dauphine University.
Avril Crowley Head of Product Marketing and Management, Sage

Avril Crowley is Head of Product
Marketing and Management for Sage
CRM, based in Dublin. Avril and her team
lead the Sage CRM proposition, product
strategy, roadmap and user experience,
as well as the messaging, online marketing and global
campaigns for Sage CRM. Avril will be speaking at the
Plenary Session and the Commercial stream at the Sage
CRM Bootcamp 2015.
Bryan Collins Online Marketing Specialist, Sage CRM
Bryan Collins holds responsibility for
creating social media and online content
about Sage CRM. He writes and edits
blogs posts, eBooks, social media posts,
presentations and articles. He works with
identified points of contact in other parts of Sage around
the world, and enables these people to communicate
the Sage CRM message effectively within their local
region. Bryan also works closely with the Sage CRM
web development team to ensure our online message is
communicated consistently to followers of Sage CRM.
Bryan will be speaking at the Commercial stream at the
Sage CRM Bootcamp 2015.
Catherine McLynskey Sage CRM Professional Services, Sage CRM
Catherine is a member of the Cloud
Enablement Services team. Her main
focus is to deliver professional services to
customers to enhance their use of Sage
CRM. This is done through Quick start
sessions, customisations to the product including Builder
Entities and by enabling customers to understand the
capabilities of the product. Catherine will be speaking at
the technical stream at the Sage CRM Bootcamp 2015.
Ciaran Regan Website and Community manager, Sage CRM
Ciaran holds responsibility for the
website development roadmap for
www.sagecrm.com, a suite of 14 lead
generation websites in 6 languages and
is focussed on the continued growth of
the Sage CRM cloud business by driving demand across
all territories. In addition he manages the Sage CRM
Community website at community.sagecrm.com, an
invaluable hub for customers, partners and employees to
share, contribute and learn about Sage CRM with 12,500
members. Ciaran will be speaking at the Commercial
stream at the Sage CRM Bootcamp 2015.
Clare Cummins Manager of Product Management, Sage CRM
Clare manages the Sage CRM Product
Management team in Dublin, which
includes business analysis, user
assistance, and usability experts. Clare
and her team are responsible for the
product roadmap and for scoping the core product
features and documentation for every release. The team

been with the Sage CRM Product for over 14 years.

Coleen has been part of the Sage
CRM team since June 2013. As Office
Manager she is responsible for all
internal and external events. Coleen is

Cormac Lyons Business Analyst, Sage CRM
Cormac is a member of the Sage CRM
Product Management team. Cormac’s
role includes researching thoroughly
and putting forward formal, detailed
requirements for new and exciting
features in Sage CRM releases. This involves being
responsible for new and enhanced product features
from their initial concept, right through to design and
development phases until the feature is successfully
delivered and Post-Release. He is the expert &
“champion” for that feature. Cormac has been with Sage
for over 3 years and has previously been a member
of the Professional Services & Integration/Extensibility
teams. Cormac will be speaking at the Product stream at
the Sage CRM Bootcamp 2015
David Beard CRM Principal, Sage CRM
David works globally to develop and
assist commercial activity to build CRM
sales. He works across functional
teams of sales, marketing & partner
management - influencing & delivering
positioning, benefits & customer messaging – to Sage
operating companies across the globe. In addition, David
acts as the primary internal & external evangelist for
the product, conveying the business value of CRM and

David has been working with Sage for
4 years, initially as Strategic Account
Manager for Europe before moving to the
global position of Commercial Cross-Sell
Manager. David’s role is to work with
Operating Companies, particularly the SMB Europe
regions of France, Germany, Spain, UKI and Portugal,
to accelerate the cross-sell of Sage CRM to the Sage
ERP installed-base. This includes building growth plans
that support demand generation activity through to
sales execution improvement, as well as the sharing of

Eoin Shanley Product Manager, Sage CRM
Eoin is a product manager for Sage CRM
and has been with Sage for 7 years.
He has responsibility for Sage CRM
7.3, the integrations with Sage ERP

Dorothy Ryan Senior UX Specialist, Sage CRM
Dorothy joined the Sage CRM product
management team in December 2014
as Senior User Experience Specialist.
In her role she will play a key part in
progressing the UX strategy for Sage
CRM focusing on customer experience, design, usability,
accessibility and quality. Dorothy has more than 12
years’ experience in user-centred interactive design.

Jeff Richards Head of Training Program Development, Sage CRM
Jeff Richards is Head of Training Program
Development for Sage CRM and splits his
time between teaching and writing about
the technical aspects of Sage CRM. With
14 years’ experience of programming and
developing with Sage CRM and a strong background
in Business Rules and Workflow, Jeff is a major
contributor of articles to the Sage CRM Community
(community.sagecrm.com) and is very active in the
online community. Having run his own business using
Sage products, Jeff has a thorough understanding of the
issues faced by partners carrying out implementations
and is a frequent speaker at Sage events around the
world. Jeff will be speaking at the Technical stream at the
Sage CRM Bootcamp 2015.
Kevin McNamee Level 3 Support Engineer, Sage CRM
Kevin McNamee is a Level 3 Support
Engineer working on the Sage CRM
On-Premise application. This involves
providing support on core product
functionality and also providing solutions
to a variety of environmental problems, pre and post
installation. Kevin has been with Sage for over 3 years.
Kevin will be speaking at the Technical stream at the

Marion Carr Product Marketing Manager, Sage CRM
Marion Carr is the Product Marketing
Manager for Sage CRM holding
responsibility for the Sage CRM
marketing messaging and value
proposition, helping to communicate
the value of Sage CRM in customer facing sales and
marketing assets such as brochures, videos, datasheets
etc. Marion also works on developing end-to-end
marketing campaigns showcasing the value of Sage
CRM to be used by OpCos around the world. Marion
works closely with the product management team
to ensure our product messaging is communicated
effectively to all stakeholders in the business. Marion will
be speaking at the Commercial stream at the Sage CRM
Bootcamp 2015.
Paula Egan Sales Manager, Cloud, Sage CRM
Paula was the first executive to join the
new Direct Sales team for Sage CRM
Cloud in October 2012. She joined from
Sage Ireland where she spent two years
as a Business Development Executive
with responsibility for Sage CRM Cloud. While working
on closing Sage CRM Cloud opportunities directly, the
Central Sales team also compliments the local OpCo
resources in reaching sales targets. The Central Sales
Team work with the Cloud Enablement team to ensure
that our Cloud customers are set up correctly and enjoy
success in their businesses as a result of implementing
Sage CRM. Paula will be speaking at the Technical
stream at the Sage CRM Bootcamp 2015.
Padraig O Neill General Manager, Sage CRM
Padraig joined Sage in February 2014
as General Manager for Sage CRM.
In this role he is responsible for all
aspects of Sage CRM globally. Before
joining Sage, Padraig spent over 20
years working for a variety of different industries in both
technology consulting and commercial roles. Padraig will
be addressing the plenary session and looks forward to
welcoming everyone to the Sage CRM Bootcamp 2015.
Philip Murray Lead Business Analyst, Sage CRM
In addition to managing the Business
Analyst team, Philip continues to work
closely with the cross functional agile
development teams, assuming the role of
Product Owner and managing the design
and delivery of Sage CRM features. Philip has been
working with Sage CRM for over 7 years, starting as a

Rob Hurson is a Senior Level 3 Support
Engineer working on the Sage CRM
On-Premise application. Generally
this involves providing support on core
product functionality and customisations
using Sage CRM’s APIs to other Sage OpCos. Rob
started working with Sage Ireland in September 2006
providing first and second line support for payroll, time
& billing and CRM applications. He joined Sage CRM
in February 2010. Rob will be speaking at the Technical
stream at the Sage CRM Bootcamp 2015.
Robert Marczycki Technical Architect, Sage CRM
Robert has been working in software
development industry for over 20 years.
He joined Sage CRM team in 2008 and
he is currently the Technical Architect
for Sage CRM. Robert is responsible
for product and platform technical vision and their ities
- scalability, maintainability, availability, security etc.
Robert will be speaking at the Technical stream at the
Sage CRM Bootcamp 2015.
Sean Mooney R&D Manager, Sage CRM
Sean has over 16 years software
development experience and has worked
with the Sage CRM team since 2001 in a
variety of technical roles. He is currently
the Head of R&D and Integrations for
Sage Technologies. Sean is responsible for managing
product development, quality, defining our technical
strategy and implementing our vision of the CRM product
of the future.
Tom Nolan Head of Sage CRM On-Premise, Sage CRM
As Head of Sage CRM On-Premise, Tom
is responsible for supporting the Sage
Business Partners and Sage regions
selling Sage CRM, to ensure overall
revenue growth is being increased
through delivery of the knowledge and tools required
to sell, market and support the Sage CRM product
set. Tom is also responsible for commercial/business
development with the Sage ERP teams developing
integrations to the Sage CRM On-Premise solution, to
ensure the delivery of the business value of integrations.
In previous roles with the Sage CRM organisation, Tom
was responsible for strategic account management,
for defining the product roadmap for Sage CRM, and
was also involved with implementation of the product
for Sage CRM customers. Tom will be speaking at the
Plenary session and the Product & Technical streams at
the Sage CRM Bootcamp 2015.
Alison McGuinness Team Lead R&D, Sage CRM
Alison has over 15 years software
development experience and has worked
on the development team with Sage
CRM since 1999. Alison will be speaking

Anthony Brady Team Lead R&D, Sage CRM
Has 20 years software development
experience and has been with Sage since
