1. Sponsor registration is open

Please find the necessary information to register your team for Sage Summit and reserve hotel rooms. Be sure to have all individuals register as soon as possible to ensure space is available at the hotel of your choice.

Log onto the sponsor information portal at https://www.travelhq.com/events/sagesummit2015/sponsor/login.mtc as a returning sponsor. From here you can view and track usage of the free and/or purchased conference registration codes provided with your sponsorship. Please share the registration code(s) with your team.

To register for the conference, click the “New to this event” button on the registration site at https://www.travelhq.com/events/sagesummit15. Then select “I am a Sage Summit sponsor,” enter the attendee’s email address, then enter a free and/or purchased conference registration code provided with your sponsorship.

2. Hotel information

There are discounted rates for Sage Summit attendees. Reserve rooms during the registration process to secure conference rates. Please review the hotel packages at: http://www.sagesummit.com/information/hotel

3. Booth selection

Booth selection is dependent on the date and time stamp of your contract. The floor plan will be revealed in the April 21 sponsor support call, and booth selection is scheduled to start April 29 and will continue through June based on your spot in the booth queue. You will have access to see where your company falls in the booth queue before booth selection begins.

When it’s your turn to select, we will reach out to you by email with specific instructions and links to go in and select your booth. We are asking that you select your top three choices, as we will be reaching out to three sponsors at a time, locking in booths according to the booth queue.

4. Sponsor support calls

Conference management will host two support calls for all sponsors to attend and have questions addressed or discuss conference activities. The calls are topic specific and will be hosted in the months leading up to the event. 6. Sponsor pass earnings

We are running a promotion that allows the first 25 sponsors to participate in a comarketing activation whereby you may earn free passes by driving attendance at Sage Summit. For every five companies that use

your code, you will receive a free pass. For more details on how to participate, please email [email protected].

7. Á la carte sponsorship

Ala carte sponsorships will be added to the prospectus and available to purchase this month. Sponsorships include conference bag sponsorship and bag inclusions, special events, lanyards, advertisements and more. Increase your visibility at Sage Summit and add an á la carte sponsorship! You will receive an email with details.

Theatre presentations are available to purchase now for $7500 and include a 45-minute presentations on the show floor.
