Display PDC Status in Ledger – The system displays the Status of the PDC whether it is Pending,

Cleared, Bounced, Cancelled etc. in the Tenant Ledger.

Building, Owner or Entire Company Trail Balance. The Trail balance can be generated for a

particular building, Owner or for the Entire Company.

Report PDC Highlights

Voucher Supported - Cash Receipts, Cash Payments, Bank Receipts, Bank Payments, Credit Notes,

Journal Voucher.

Smart/Easy PDC Option to save time and be accurate – through which the system auto

generates the PDC Entries Based on Instalment Interval, No. of Cheques, and Instalment amount.

Even there are more cheques; the entire entry takes less than few seconds.

The Tenant Ledger, which displays a running history of all tenant charges and payments, appears

in the Tenants window. The Tenant Ledger summarizes the charges and payments for the month,

year-to-date and previous year, as well as the last payment received and when it was received.
