FUNDRAISER

BRISTOL FAMILY PROMISE The Annual fundraiser for Family Promise is Monday,

April 24 at Addilynn United Methodist Church at 6 p.m.

We are asking parishioners to donate appetizers and

desserts. Please have donations to Addilynn by 3-4 p.m. on

COMMUNION BREAKFAST: The Council of Catholic

Women will host its annual Communion Breakfast here at

CDA Meeting—April 24 Members of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas, our

Lady of the Rosary local court #2624, are reminded of their

meeting on Monday, April 24, at the KofC Hall. Social

hour at 5:30 and a “Baby Shower” benefitting the MOMS-

R-US Teen Pregnancy Program. This program is sponsored

by the YWCA. It is to help and improve the health and

wellness of teens and their babies by influencing their

decisions regarding pregnancy. Regular CDA meeting will

follow. Any lady needing a ride, please call Carol Reynolds

As Bishop DiLorenzo celebrates his 75th birthday on

April 15, he also submits his letter to the Holy Father,

Pope Francis, announcing he has reached the age limit

for a bishop. Once his letter is submitted, the Diocese

begins a waiting period until an announcement from

the Vatican is made.

St. Anne School 5K is May 13! Mark your calendars! The St. Anne School annual 5K run

is scheduled for May 13 on the Abingdon Creeper Trail. We

are looking for sponsors and participants. This is the

Saturday of Mother’s Day weekend. We have planned a

Mother’s Day theme with a special T-shirt design and a

special treat for all the “Moms” who participate. If
