REGISTRATION

PROCESS

National Federations will receive an entry form

from the FFC which will have to be sent back to

Jonathan NOYANT ([email protected]).

Team managers have to pay fees in cash at the

sign-in desk.

Registration deadline is Wednesday 27th

November 2019.

Late fee will be applied (National Rule) for

registrations received after Wednesday 27th

November 2019. Late registrations can only be

accepted if moto sheets are not full.

Any cancellation must be reported to Jonathan

NOYANT. There will be no refund for such

cancellation.

REGISTRATION FEES

Indoor International: 24 € per pilot and per

race

Supercross (Boys and Girls from 13 to 16): 30

€ per pilot

Nations Trophy Wiawis (Boys and Girls born

in 2002 and before): 62 € per pilot

REGULATIONS

EVENT REGULATIONS

UCI regulations will be enforced for all categories

during Indoor de St Etienne International

competition:

Numbers on jerseys: riders without a

permanent UCI career number must not print

a number on the back of their jersey.

Full-zip jerseys are forbidden.

Use of clip pedals: riders aged 13 and older

are allowed to use clip pedals.

FRONT AND SIDE PLATES

Since photo finish system is utilized, each bicycle

entered into competition must display a lateral

number plate located just behind the steer tube.

Any pilot whose bike is equipped with a non-

conforming plate will be refused for both race

and warm-up.

Numbers sticked on the frame are forbidden

(ref. BMX FFC rules about lateral plates).

CONFIRMATIONS

You will find a sign-in desk at the main entrance

of the Parc des Expositions Hall B

That desk will be used to:

Welcome pilots and team managers to give

them any information about the competition.

Confirm registration, provide official

accreditations, etc.

Envelopes will be delivered to pilots upon

presentation of their 2018 BMX license card.

Entry fees will be paid in cash as soon as your

arrive in the Parc des Expositions.

Outside of these hours you can ask information to

the reception desk situated at the entrance of the

NATIONS TROPHY WIAWIS

There will be two different races on Saturday for

Nations Trophy Wiawis competition:

Womens born in 2002 and before (17+)

Mens born in 2002 and before (17+)

The 3 bests results by nation will lead to a final

ranking and the award of a trophy that will be put

into play next year.

If the trophy is won 3 consecutive years by the

same nation, that nation will keep it.

Award Ceremony.

Tickets will be delivered by the organization and

Ceremony.

ATTENTION LE PARKING SE FERA AU ZENITH

Coming from Lyon and the southern motorway, take direction Saint-Etienne Nord/Roanne/ Clermont-Ferrand, exit Saint Priest en Jarez, Villars, l’Etrat, La Terrasse.

The first traffic lights turn left towards Boulevard Thiers, Parc des Expositions, (one sign will be installed at the motorway exit).

From Clermont-Ferrand motorway, take direction Saint-Chamond/Lyon/Saint-Etienne/neighbarhoods. Exit Boulevard Thiers. Traffic lights, turn right towards Boulevard Thiers, Parc des Expositions always follow this direction. The fourth light, turn left (one sign will be installed at the motorway exit).

Coming from the National (by the Republic pass), at the entrance of Saint-Etienne (bottom of the exit), take the motorway towards Lyon, follow directions, one direction only from Lyon.

PARKINGS

LOCATION

Free of charge around the exhibition hall for cars

and camper vans. Organisation team parking. A

signpost will indicate the location of the car

parks.

CAMPING

Camping is allowed and free of charge into the

Parc des Expositions. You will find a special

outdoor parking for vehicles.

SECURITY

Security will be ensured by the local police. Saint

Etienne BMX disclaims any responsibility for

bodily injuries, losses of income and material

damages on parkings and track.
