to our Creator God. We celebrate the Sacrament of Holy Communion this morning and invite all baptized who have been instructed that in the bread and wine is the real presence of our Lord Jesus who forgives us totally and freely of the debt of our sins - this is the Good News! Please join us for coffee and goodies following worship. We look forward to Receiving into Membership a couple of wonderful households this next Sunday. Also, next Sunday Pastor Randy will begin another summer Pentecost Season sermon series; four weeks on Paul’s letter to the Christian Church at Colossae; July 26, August 16, 23, 30. Help!! The blessing of a new location for People’s Kitchen has also created an opportunity for more people to answer Jesus’ call to help the less fortunate. More servers are needed the second Tuesday of each month from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. Come join the

Saint John’s Team. Contact Peggy Droste for more information 343-9359.

Hume Lake

Our Sr. High Youth are heading to this year’s summer camp at Hume Lake. “Aye Aye Cap’n”

is the theme as we learn about the journey of Peter as he is called by Christ to first follow Him and then to lead His church. The youth, along

with Peter, will discover who Jesus is, all He can do, and all He has already done for them. Through Bible studies, worship, and games the youth of

Saint John’s will have an experience that they will be talking about for the rest of their lives.

When: August 9th - 15th We leave Sunday morning and return Saturday Night

Cost: $150.00 This amount is adjusted based on the youth’s participation in

Saint John’s service projects this year. Talk to Rob Mees for more details.

Deadline: July 19th Registration and checks need to be in by this date.
