Spark Product Messaging
Cisco Spark is a cloud-based business collaboration service that
makes instant communications and live meetings possible through
integrated messaging, conferencing, and phone system.
Spark enables voice and video communications via mobile, desktop,
and room-based devices.
Spark service is hosted on Cisco cloud, making it easier to administer
usage. Cisco’s cloud expertise ensures network security, reliability and
up-to-date service.

IntelePeer’s Cloud Fax solution allows customers to replace their old fax servers and telephony with a cloud-based
service that offers a superior user experience and integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Outlook and most email
clients.
Availability/Requirements
Not Available for customers currently in ‘Trial’ unless they have a signed IntelePeer MSA
• Any customer that has signed a contract before 9/9/16 will require an amendment
Not orderable via the CCMP, Customer/Partner must engage an IntelePeer sales representative to obtain
more information and/or order service
• At this time, since development between IntelePeer and Cisco has not been completed, we encourage
partner/customer to wait until the product is released and orderable via the CCMP
