Arrange all official documents on data bank in Hard & Soft Copies.
Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) record and update.
Follow-up with all incoming & outgoing correspondence. Record of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Project
Progress reports. Monitoring & day-to-day supervision of DCD operations.
Supervise the checking and processing of all incoming documents (drawings, material product submittals,
method statements, specifications, RFIs,, NCRs, sketches, calculation reports, test reports and other
technical documents) and correspondences before making distribution to addressee, recipient;
Backup maybe done either electronically or through extra hard copies of a document. Prepare, log and
distribute all outgoing transmittals. Update the log and distribute all incoming transmittals.
Maintain electronic registers for Letters, MOM, Memos, NCRs, RFIs, DCR’s, Reports, Transmittals,
Drawings, DPR, and Safety & Quality related documents.
Conduct a regular meeting with all DC staff to address all issues concerning DC work problems,
procedures and formulates solutions for Project Control Manager’s approval.

transmittals.
Generating Reports on the status of the documents and distribute these to the project team.
Upload the Project documents to the PCM/ACONEX document register. Transmit the documents to the
other stakeholders of the Project via PCM/ACONEX transmittals. Distribute the documents via
PCM/ACONEX using the Work Flow feature of the PCM/ACONEX.
