Stew Leonard’s, Farmingdale, NY. - 30,000+ s.f. grocery store, with the concept of ‘show & sell.” Structure consists of renovating an existing Home Depot into the Stew Leonard’s barn aesthetic.

- Currently in Schematic Design.

St. Joseph High School, Trumbull CT. - 25,000 s.f. addition of a school theater, media & art classrooms. Project is Design-Build with direct coordination with the Contractor
