INTRODUCTION

• LOCATION : El Maadi – Ring Road.

• The project includes construction 97 apartment building into account in the design work included building at altitudes of eight to twelve , and the role of classical balusbandat are made of (Hashim stone, basalt and marble) and the entrance of the finest types of granite and marble (Double Black).

• The implementation of the project consists of four stages of the first phase of the 31 apartment building while the second and the third phase include th e construction of each apartment building and the fourth include the construction f 26 apartment building .

• Project also includes construction of mosque and nursery and medical center and a club & international schools .
