Project Management (Mobile App Development) at Sameva At Sameva we follow a consultative approach. We believe that following a strict project management model is not the solution and that each requirement is unique inits own sense. Hence, we follow a ‘HYBRID’model which is combination of three different models namely, PROTOTYPING, WATERFALL, and AGILE.We are particular about providing quality and timeliness. To ensure the same we conduct daily meetings to ensure that all tasks are as per the planned schedule. There is a status meeting which is conducted every week to discuss about the status of the project and any other issues/progress/stuck. Milestone week is another meeting which happens a week before the completion of a particular milestone. In this meeting all the managers, stakeholders and the business analyst are present. Metrics: Metrics and SLA’s are defined depending on the customer metrics and SLA’s are defined during project/implementation kickoff after mutual discussions with the customer. At Sameva we adhere to SLA/Metrics. Customer Escalation: Whenever there is an urgent matter which requires immediate attention, then the matter is escalated to the customer.

Change Management Process: At Sameva, a change control system exists for software enhancement. Change control provides documentation that the system changes did not affect the integrity of the validated software. Additionally, a comprehensive change control program captures any significant change, including facility, hardware, software, etc., with a risk/impact assessment, and considers if client notification is needed prior to that change.
