NOTICE OF ELECTIONNotice is hereby given that the General Municipal Election will be held in the County of Randolph on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 as certifiedto this office by the participating entities of Randolph County. The ballot for the Election shall be in substantially the following form.

SHALL THE COUNTY OF RANDOLPH IMPOSE A COUNTY WIDESALES TAX IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE-QUARTER OF ONEPERCENT ($0.0025) TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO CONSTRUCT ANEW COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING ADJACENT TO THEEXISTING JUSTICE CENTER LOCATION IN HUNTSVILLE TOCONSOLIDATE COUNTY OPERATIONS AND TO PAY FORRENOVATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE EXISTINGJUSTICE CENTER BUILDING. IF APPROVED, THIS SALES TAXWILL EXPIRE ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2027 OR WHENEVER THEFINAL PAYMENT OCCURS ON THE FINANCING, WHICHEVEROCCURS FIRST.

Shall the Board of Education of the Northeast Randolph County R-IVSchool District, Missouri, without an estimated increase in the currentdebt service property tax levy, borrow money in the amount of ThreeMillion Dollars ($3,000,000) for the purpose of providing funds for thecompletion of security upgrades; improvements to the District'sfacilities to include replacement of roofs, heating, ventilation and airconditioning systems; the construction, equipping, and furnishing oftwo new classrooms; and to the extent funds are available, purchasenew kitchen equipment; complete parking lot paving andimprovements; technology upgrades; installation of new playgroundequipment; and other repairs and remodeling improvements to theexisting facilities of the District; and issue bonds for the paymentthereof? If this proposition is approved, the adjusted debt service levyof the School District is estimated to remain unchanged at $0.8700per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation of real and personalproperty.
