Job duties will include but are not limited to sampling and testing concrete and soils materials to CSA and ASTM specifications in both
the field and laboratory settings Maintain CCIL protocols recording and reporting results liaising with clients and site personnel
troubleshooting real time compliance issues in the field and monitoring noncompliance protocols
Duties may also include providing field and laboratory support to engineers for analysis of material mix designs structural flexural or
vibratory analysis and field investigations and assessments
Job Requirements What we are looking for in our candidates is independence self-motivation and physical strength and stamina This position requires
long hours in the elements working side by side with construction crews and suppliers providing real time feedback on the compliance

As an Firmware Developer Co-op you will work on the development and testing of wireless real-time communication
products that comply with the latest cellular communications standards Responsibilities run the full gamut of embedded
software development activities from software design coding unit testing debugging through to system and network-
level testing
Job Requirements Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding the concepts of embedded software development
Experience with C C++ and object-oriented programming techniques
Proficiency in the use of Linux as a development and as a target platform
Knowledge of basic protocol design
Systematic debugging skills
Basic understanding of data communications and real-time computing concepts is a must
Understanding of RTOS concepts such as tasks stacks queues and memory mgmt techniques
Experience using software debugging tools such as debuggersemulators is desirable
General understanding of wireless communications (eg cellular LTE3G Wireless WAN) is highly desirable
Some basic knowledge of digital andor RF hardware would be an asset
