Sample Judge Questions All students entering individual projects in Grades 3-5 must be present as well as 1 representative for each small group project. All small group members are welcome to attend however, only one member will be allowed to stand by the project and speak to the judge. Practice a short talk about your project. Share information about your hypothesis, procedures, data and conclusion as well as any other features on your board. Sample Questions: 1. What was the most important thing you discovered? 2. Why did you choose this topic? 3. Was there anything you discovered that was a surprise? 4. Did your data support your hypothesis? 5. What kind of tools did you use to collect your data? 6. If you did this project again what would you do differently (if anything)? 7. What could someone else learn from this project?
