We are based in Boston, MA. LeBlanc Consulting provides services for clients in industries such as Financial, Healthcare, Biotech, Educational, Nonprofit, Communications and Governmental sectors.

We have collaborated on high profile projects at some of the most notable companies in the United States. Our highlights include working for IBM during Y2K, managing five projects at BCBS during the MassHealth initiative and coordinating on executive order 504 for Deval Patrick and “No Child Left Behind.”
