Puji syukur atas kehadirat Allah SWT yang telah melimpahan rahmat,
karunia, dan hidayah-Nya sehingga penulis dapat menyelesaikan skripsi
yangberjudul “Peningkatan Hasil Belajar PKn Siswa Kelas V SD 2 Bakalan
Krapyak pada Materi Pengambilan Keputusan dengan Tipe Jigsaw II tahun
2013”. Skripsi ini disusun guna menyelesaikan studi strata I sebagai persyaratan
memperoleh gelar Sarjana Pendidikan Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah
Dasar Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan di Universitas Muria Kudus.

The low of the result of the civics and the student’s interest towards
civics subject are the background of this research. This condition is caused by
several factors, one of those factors is the conventional learning models. This
factors cause the students less active in teaching learning process, the students are
only assigned to memorize and write it.
This researchis conducted based on the background above; the purpose of
this researchis to find out whether the Cooperative Learning Model of Jigsaw II
type can improve the achievementof civics subject of the fifth grade students of
SD 2 Bakalan Krapyak in making decision. Cooperative Learning Model of
Jigsaw II typeis chosen because in the learning steps encouragethe students to
more active in teaching learning process and the creativity of students can be
increased.
This researchconsists of two cycles; the technic of collecting the data this
research aretest and observation. The obtained data include achievementdata,
classroommanagement, and student learning activities.
The results of this research indicate that the application of Cooperative
Learning models of Jigsaw II type can improve student achievementof Civics
subject of the fifth grade students of SD 2 Bakalan Krapyak. It can be prove with
an increasing in the percentage of the learning mastery in each cycle. The
precycling percentage is 35% with classical average 61,89 to 40% with classical
average 66,95 in cycle I. The result of the second cycle increases from 40% to
75%. It means that the progress is 35% with classical average 76,2. Based on
those results, it can be concluded that the application of Cooperative Learning
Model of Jigsaw II type can improve student achievementof Civics subjectof the
fifth grade of SD 2 Bakalan Krapyak.
The field result show that there is one student who had a very small
progress than the others in achievementwhile having applied cooperative learning
model of Jigsaw II type. To overcome the problem, the student should be got
intensive treatment in teaching learning process without forgetting the other
students. Therefore, the researcher suggests that every teacher should apply
Cooperative Learning Model of Jigsaw II type to create an interactive and creative
learning so the result oflearning will be higher.

Rendahnya hasil belajar PKn serta minat belajar siswa terhadap pelajaran
PKn merupakan latar belakang dalam penelitian ini. Kondisi tersebut disebabkan
oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya yaitu model pembelajaran yang masih
konvensional. Hal tersebut menyebabkan siswa kurang aktif dalam pembelajaran,
selain itu siswa hanya ditugaskan untuk menghafal dan menulis saja.
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah model
pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Jigsaw II dapat meningkatkan hasil
belajar PKn siswa kelas V SD 2 Bakalan Krapyak pada materi Pengambilan
Keputusan. Model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Jigsaw II dipilih
karena dalam langkah-langkah pembelajarannya mengajak siswauntuk aktif dalam
pembelajaran sehingga keaktifan dan kreatifitas siswa meningkat.
Penelitian ini terdiri atas dua siklus dan teknikpengumpulkan datanya ialah
tes dan observasi.Data yang diperoleh meliputi data hasil belajar, pengelolaan
kelas, dan aktivitas belajar siswa.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran
Cooperative Learning tipeJigsaw II dapatmeningkatkan hasil belajar PKn siswa
kelas V SD 2 Bakalan Krapyak Kudus. Hal ini terbukti dengan adanya
peningkatan prosentase ketuntasan belajar serta nilai rata-rata pada setiap siklus.
Prosentase ketuntasan prasiklus sebesar 35% dengan nilai rata-rata klasikal 61,89
menjadi 40% dengan nilai rata-rata klasikal 66,95 pada siklus I. Prosentase
ketutasan belajarpada siklus II sebesar 75% atau terjadi peningkatan 35% serta
nilai rata-rata klasikalnya yaitu 76,2. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat
disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Cooperative Learning tipe Jigsaw II dapat
meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas V SD 2 Bakalan Krapyak.
Temuan dilapangan menunjukkan, ada satu siswa yang mengalami
peningkatan hasil belajar sangat kecil jika dibandingkan dengan siswa yang lain
meskipun telah diterapkan model pembelajaran Cooperative tipe Jigsaw II. Untuk
mengatasi permasalahan tersebut sebaiknya dalam proses pembelajaran siswa
tersebut mendapatkan perhatian yang intensif tanpa melupakan siswa yang
lain.Oleh sebab itu, peneliti menyarankan agar setiap guru menerapkan model
pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Jigsaw II agar tercipta pembelajaran
yang kreatif dan inovatif sehingga hasil belajar siswa dapat meningkat.
