Positive Aspects of Session: It was well received by most of the staff especially Support Service Staff as it gave them opportunity to review the process to initiate BLS in case of a code.

Difficulties of Session: Some of the Support Service Staff were not familiar with the basic steps to follow the BLS.

Reflection and Interpretation of Session: It helped me to know the need to give BLS in-service in some units.

Positive Aspects of Session: Came to find out some outdated information’s are still in the orientation competency. I was able update all the current information in the competency and sent to the coordinator who was collecting all the feedback.

Difficulties of Session: I had to do it in my own time as I was busy during working hours.
