NoSQL Now! is a new conference covering the dynamic
EXHIBIT HOURS:
Wednesday, August 22 - 1:00pm - 6:30pm (includes Reception)Thursday, August 23 - 10:00am - 2:00pm
count for the initial NoSQL Now! event in 2011 was 514, so this represents a 70% increase in 2012.
Most of the attendees will have paid over $1200 to attend the conference, plus their travel and living expenses. They’re not attending as a corporate boondoggle. They will be hungry for information and education about products, services and available technologies.
Yes, our model always includes a portion of dedicated exhibit hours during which there is no other conference activity to distract the attention of the audience. We also enhance attendance at exhibits with catered functions
We’ll be promoting the conference with a very extensive email and social networking campaign. Our in-house lists are over 90K names, focused on both the enterprise and the web data markets. Through our marketing partnerships we also have access to additional external
in the past. Enhance these electronic channels with extensive programs to reach face-to-face communities, such as local Meetups and User Groups. We also have relationships with numerous of the major database and IT publications, as well as industry organizations.
The level of attendees and the industries represented are shown on
of attendees had direct budget approval authority, while an additional 43% were responsible for evaluating and recommending solutions. Industry representation was extremely varied, with particularly strong
e-commerce sectors. We expect similar industrial diversity in the attendee demographics for 2012.

Vendors pay a sponsorship fee for the privilege of making these presentations, which provide excellent value in terms of presentation time and publicity. The available formats for spon-sored sessions are:
A 25 or 50-minute presentation as part of the conference agenda. There is no restriction on the commercial content you may present, however we recommend considering the audience needs and interests as you decide what to speak about. A pure sales pitch is not likely to be well received, whereas a balanced presentation between educating the audience and providing information about your solutions, is more likely to attract an interested audience. If you can bring a customer case study (or the customer themselves that’s even better.
Lightning TalkLightning talks are 5-minute presentations with a 10-slide maxi-mum. We combine numerous lightning talks on a common subject into 25 or 50 minute timeslots sessions within the formal conference agenda.
User Group MeetingsSponsors many host user group meetings for their customers and prospects, before, during or after the conference. Please send us some information about your objectives so we can suggest the right format and time for you.
Reviewed PresentationsIn addition to sponsored (paid) presentations, sponsors are also invited to submit non-commercial presentation proposals to the educational conference. These proposals are reviewed by the Program Advisory Committee (PAC) for relevancy and suitability for the educational agenda. The review process is conducted separately from the sponsorship sales process, so
onto the reviewed educational agenda.
