Welcome to our Inaugural LIVE Sandhill Red Angus Production Sale. We would like to thank all our family and friends that help and pitched in to make this sale possible. It is great to be surrounded by such a great community of people locally, and throughout the whole industry.

It is great to see the Red Angus breed in the forefront of the industry. Red Angus females have been outselling there counterpart for the last two years or more. It proves what great demand there are for good red cattle. People have seen or heard how great these Red Angus females are and there just aren’t enough good ones to go around. We believe that the efficiency, disposition, and mothering ability are just a few of the things that make our breed great. It is our goal to supply our customers with a good produced. The cattle at Sandhill Red Angus are always 100% guaranteed.

Part of our program every year is buying our bull customers calves back. We buy both steers and heifers back but strive for heifer calves out of Sandhill Red Angus bulls. We take pride that our bulls do a great job in producing females that will strive in any envi-ronment and it has proven itself over and over. 160 BRED HEIFERSThe bred heifers offered in the sale originated from two ranches. The heifers are out of Sandhill Red Angus bulls and bred by Sandhill Red Angus bulls. The bulls are half brothers all out of Red Direction 8348U. All the calves have the opportunity to be in the Red Angus FCCP Ear Tag Program. The heifers will start calving around March 10th for 40 days.

220 HEIFER CALVESThese heifer calves came from two different customers who have used mainly Sand-hill Red Angus bulls in the past. They are a very uniform set of heifers that will turn into a great set of cows.
