The Sandvik DT821-SC is a two boom electrohydraulic jumbo for fast and accurate drilling in tun-neling and cavern excavation. The hydraulic con-trolled drilling system with added automaticfunctions and optional instrumentation enable pro-ductive and high quality excavation.

The RD525 rock drills deliver superior performancewith high consumable life. The SB90 universalbooms have a large optimum shaped coverage andfull automatic parallelism. In addition to face drill-ing the unit can also be used for crosscutting andbolt hole drilling. An optional utility boom for bolt-ing and utility works is available.

The powerful 4-wheel-drive center articulated car-rier ensures rapid and safe tramming with good bal-ance. Noise and vibration insulated cabin providesergonomic and extremely comfortable working placewith excellent visibility during tramming and drill-ing.
