Green Circle – Meets the Standard
Yellow Triangle – Slightly below Standard
Red Exclamation Point – Well Below Standard !•
Plan has 4 parts (replacing the paper CLP in the ALC division) My Spark, Focal Points (Goals), Activities, Measurements.
