Reduce the effort and cycle time of the current monthly forecast cycle and support S&OP process Consolidate the data into Demantra Minimize manual touches and data manipulation Become data users to drive intelligence rather than data gatherers Replace multiple legacy system and disparate Excel spreadsheet forecasts
Establish a baseline solution and platform from which to evolve and grow with the business. Key next steps: Leverage Demantra to enable S&OP even more..(exceptions, collaboration,
metrics) Bring “Supply Commits” into Demantra to drive better a better consensus
