Migration Overview – what SAP is doing…
• Web Site Migration
All global websites (crystalreports.com, sap.com, eStore, SAP Developer Network, etc) and English sites will reflect new branding and product nomenclature on 5/17.
In language and regional produced sites will be completed by mid June.
All new collateral will reflect SAP Crystal branding moving forward. Existing collateral will continue to be utilized until current stock is depleted.
• Product Packaging
Packaging reflecting the new branding will be produced beginning Q3 when current inventories are depleted.
Finalized product box shot and thumbnails will be available early Q3.
In June pre-existing packaging will include a sticker that identifies product by new name.
Interim box shots and thumbnail representations are available now for partner usage.
• In-Product Branding
With the exception of Crystal Reports, SAP Crystal branding will appear in the upcoming new XI 4.0 versions of products. The new branding changes will also appear in the next major service pack for Crystal Reports: XI 3.1 SP4.
The general timeline for when SAP crystal branding will begin to appear in products is H1 of 2011.
• Partner Brand Endorsement Logos
Partner endorsement branding strategy does not change with the launch of the new portfolio branding. Please continue to use the partner logos you have been using.
New Partner Endorsement branding (partner logos) are under development. Partners will be informed of new partner logos when they become available in Q4.

SAP Crystal solutions is a new portfolio brand within the overall SAP portfolio
It encompasses the volume software products known previously as Crystal Reports and
