Directions

ByPlaneThe nearest airport for most international conference attendees is Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. To transfer from the airport to the World Forum, you have several options:

a) Transfer by train (approximate time, 40 minutes; approximate cost, €11). From track 5–6 at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Station, you can take the train to The Hague Central Station.

From The Hague Central Station (CS) to World Forum:An SAP bus shuttle service will be provided from The Hague Central Station (CS) to the World Forum only on Monday, May 6, from 8:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Buses run every 30 minutes. If you arrive outside this time frame, you can take tram No. 17 and get off at the World Forum stop.

b) Transfer by taxi (approximate time, 40 minutes; approximate cost, €100). Taxis are available at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport at any time.

c) Transfer by private shuttle service (approximate time,

40 minutes; approximate cost, €140–€150). To book a private shuttle service from the airport, please send an e-mail to [email protected] or call +31 205 755751.

ImportantNotePlease be aware that travel costs will not be reimbursed by the event cost center. For SAP employees: Travel costs for the SAP Financial Services Summit must be charged to your individual cost center via the official travel reimbursement process.

ByCarFrom Utrecht/AmsterdamTake the A12 toward The Hague. The A12 becomes the Utrechtsebaan; follow this road until it ends. Turn left at the traffic lights. Now you are on the Zuid Hollandlaan. At the end, turn right at the traffic lights. You are now on the Koningskade, which becomes the Raamweg. Drive under the viaduct and immediately go right around the bend onto the Hubertus Viaduct. You are now on the Prof. B.M. Teldersweg, which becomes Johan de Wittlaan. Follow the signs for the World Forum and park in one of the underground parking garages.

From Amsterdam/LeidenTake the A44 toward Den Haag N44. Just after the city of Wassenaar, take exit Den Haag/Scheveningen N14. As you follow this road, you enter the Hubertus tunnel. Continue straight on when you exit the tunnel and follow the Prof. B.M. Teldersweg. This road becomes Johan de Wittlaan. Follow the signs for the World Forum and park in one of the underground parking garages.

From RotterdamFrom the A13, follow the signs toward Amsterdam (A4) on the roundabout Ypenburg. At the Prins Clausplein, follow signs for Den Haag/Voorburg. Drive over the viaduct and follow the signs for The Hague. You are now on the Utrechtsebaan. The route description then continues as above (from Utrecht/Amsterdam).

TransfersBus shuttles are available for most of the hotels from May 6 through May 8. For detailed information, please refer to the listing of transfer times available in the lobby of your hotel.

The Bel Air Hotel, the Novotel, and the Crown Plaza Hotel are within walking distance to the conference venue. There are no bus shuttles from these hotels.

Taxis are available in front of the World Forum during event hours. If you need a taxi at any other time, please call +31 70 3907722.

For the evening event on Tuesday, May 7, there will also be bus transportation available from the Bel Air Hotel, the Crown Plaza Hotel, and the Novotel World Forum.
