Click on Display Interval Box

It will Display Current Number Range intervals. In this we can’t

make any changes

Click on Status Box

The following box will come in which we can change the Current

number

IF WE WANT TO CHANGE THE NUMBER RANGE

Click on Status Box (2nd box)

Make the current number as 0.

The box will appear as below

Then click on Change Interval box

Highlight the number range as below

In all these boxes there appears Ext column.

If we check that box it means we can allot the personnel number

whenever a person joins

If the box is not checked, it means the employment number is

generated by the system automatically.

Repeat the same for another ‘Otherwise’
