Introduction

Enterprise Plant maintenance process in TRF has the following business processes.

#� �� #�� Reconditioning / Shutdown processes.

For each of the above processes, there are separate End User Training Manuals are available

This document covers sl. No. 5. Of the above list, that is Reconditioning / Shut down Process.

This End User Training manual on Reconditioning / Shut down Process consists of the

following sequence of sub-processes

1. Creation of an Order - Transaction code IW31

2. Order Confirmation - Transaction code IW44

3. Technical Completion - Transaction code IW32

1. Creation of an Order - Transaction code IW31

Procedural Steps

Purpose • Creation of an Order for Reconditioning / shut down process

Transaction Code IW31

Navigation: SAP Easy Access > Logistics > Plant maintenance > Maintenance Processing > Order > IW31 (Create (General)

Procedure

Enter the Transaction code IW31 in the command field as shown in the screen below

Or go as per the navigation shown below and click IW31 - Create

Press <Enter> or click on the check mark icon in the top left side corner of the Screen, the following screen will appear Key-in the Order type and the equipment NO (since the user knows for which equipment he is creating the order)

Click on the check mark icon, the following window appears

Key-in data in to the fields as shown in the following screen. Use drop down list to get the values.

After keying-in of the above data, click on the operation tab, the following screen appears.

If date is to be changed, Select the line, (refer screen below), and

Click on the Act date push button, the following screen appears

Enter the required details in the two fields as shown in the screen below

Return back to the screen by clicking .

Repeat the same for all other operations

Click on the components tab, the following screen appears.

Click on the List push button, the following screen appears showing all the parts of the equipment,

Select and double click on the required items, it will get populated on the screen(s) as shown below.

Repeat the same, for all the required items. For our example we have selected (two items s, As shown in the screen(s) below

Release the order by clicking the release button , and

Note the message at the status line, as shown in the screen below.

Save the data by clicking the save button . the following screen appears

Note the message at the status line of the screen above, which is shown in the screen below,, and note down the Order NO released.

Manual Process

The following three sub-processes are done manually outside the SAP Plant maintenance

system. They are

a) The material is ordered, received, inspected and binned in stores,

And then

b) Component is issued from stores,

c) Upon receipt of the components

The tasks of the order are performed And the

Order is completed

2. Order Confirmation - Transaction code IW44

Procedural Steps

Purpose

• To Confirm the Order


Navigation: SAP Easy Access > Logistics > Plant maintenance > Maintenance Processing > Complete Confirmation > Entry > Collective Time confirmation > IW44 (without Selection)

Or go as per the navigation shown below and click IW44- Order Confirmation

Click the check mark icon , the following screen appears population the other values of the

operation in their respective fields,

In the above screen note the confirmation number.

and then press the save icon to save the document.. Check for the confirmation message in the

status line as shown in the below screen.

Return back to the Home Screen or SAP Easy Access screen.

3. Technical Completion - Transaction code IW32

Procedural Steps

Purpose

• To complete the order


Navigation: SAP Easy Access > Logistics > Plant maintenance > Maintenance Processing > Order > IW32

Procedure


Or go as per the navigation shown below and click IW32 – Change Order

Press <Enter> or click on the check mark icon in the top left side corner of the Screen, the following screen will appears. In that screen, Key-in the order number in the order field.

Click on the Technical completion push button.

If required change the Reference date and Reference time.

Click the check mark icon,, the following screen appears,

Check for the confirmation message, at the status line which is shown in the below screen

and then press the save icon to save the document.
