For order confirmation there are three transaction codesCO11N

But 'CO11N' transaction code will be used.

For the material 311323000049 (collector Ring) there are Four operation.So we need to confirm the order no 85000012 four time for the four operations for t-code CO11NGo to CO11N

For Last operation, please select following Tab

If the confirmed order is of Finish Good then do the Goods Receipt for the same product by entering the T-code MB31 other wise just check the stock by T-code MMBE & you will observe the quantity is increase by the confirmed quantity at production storage location.

Also you can change the time & work centre that is provide in the routing while confirming the order for such process please see the following screen

After entering the order no. & operation No. We will get all the standard data as per the routing data

Here we can mention the work center that is actually used while going for the machining process

Also can be entered the original time that has been taken for the machining.

Above screen shows all the standard data, While following screen shows the changed data according to the physical process

The actual time may be vary fro time entered in the routing then we can change this time to actual time Also same for the work centre

Down Time is the time for which the Work Centre was down. Shift tab is used to mention, in which Shift the Order was confirmed. In COOIS report, Shift wise production confirmation order can be seen.SHIFT values are '1', '2', '3'.

Outcome of the Testing using the T-code CO11N

1) Order confirmation is to be done stage wise

2) Partial or Full Quantity can be confirmed.

3) Time for the machining can be maintain as per the actual tme

4) Actual work center can be maintain without hanging the routing or using the production version.

5) Confirmation No. is generate
