Sarah and Keith are both MD’s In Lake Forest, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. Keith grew up in

Naperville and Sarah grew up in the small town of Woodstock, a small northwest suburb of

Chicago. She spent her vacations as a child traveling with her parents every year to Disneyworld

and also sailed on several Disney cruises. Both she and Keith started at University of Chicago for

premed and medical school but did not actually meet until their Junior year. When they did

finally connect they quickly and deeply fell in love.

When Keith learned of Sarah’s love of all things Disney, he conspired with her mother to help

him secretly arrange a surprise trip to Florida, where he planned to propose. Sarah was enthralled

at his romantic proposal in front of Cinderella’s Castle at night, just as the fireworks danced across

the sky, as if also celebrating their love. Of course she said yes and the couple began planning

their wedding at the Disney Wedding Chapel in Disneyworld. Unfortunately, as new doctors

beginning their practices, they were unable to coordinate their schedules for the joint time off for

an extended trip to Florida. So Sarah decided to have the Disney wedding come to her in Chicago.

Her dream wedding style is elegance with a distinct classic Disney essence, presented in the

pallet of champagne, blush, and rose gold.

ANTICIPATION

The stage is set for the excitement of an elegant Disney wedding celebration. Save the Date announcements and the choice of wedding jewelry give guests hints of the style of the upcoming festivities.

The bridesmaids will be memorable in pale pink chiffon topped with glittering rose gold draping. They will carry miniature versions of the brides bouquet in shades of pale pink and champagne enhanced with dusty miller.

The ring bearer will bring smiles to every face and the flower girl will be a preview of the bride’s style in her lace and tulle fairy dress.

Sarah has the choice of gold edging with satin enhancements on her invitations or delicate rose gold laser cut foldouts. These invitations are designed to inspire anticipation amongst her guests.

Sarah will be unforgettable in her lavish ballgown enhanced with dramatic French lace cascading down to the cathedral train. Her Cinderella Castle Swarovski crystal heels add a touch of whimsy.

The brides bouquet is composed of pale roses enhanced with pearls and jewels.

Keith will look distinguished in his slim fit Vera Wang black tuxedo. His groomsmen and best man will wear complimenting tuxedos in dark grey that also coordinate with the bridesmaids color palette.

Disney touches for the men are Mickey cufflinks and superhero socks to reflect each man’s personality.

ARRIVAL

Sarah’s anticipated arrival will be dramatic as she arrives in this horse drawn Cinderella’s Coach, complete with driver and footmen.

The party guests will be transported from their hotel to the ceremony and reception via elegant and fun party limousines. The groom and groomsmen and best man will provide for their own private transportation.

ROCKEFELLER CHAPEL AT

UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO

Sarah and Keith chose the elegant Rockefeller Chapel to honor the university where they met and fell in love and attended medical school. Their guests will be awestruck at the timeless beauty of the Chapel.

The inside of the Chapel will represent the personalities of the bridal couple and floral arrangements will continue in Sarah’s chosen color palette of pale pink, champagne, and rosegold.

CHICAGO CULTURAL CENTER

The classic beauty of the Chicago Cultural Center will be an elegant backdrop for the unforgettable celebration of Sarah and Keith.

ATMOSPHERE

The essence of the elegant reception will be romance, demonstrated through lighting, draping, and beautiful color presentation.

Guests will employ all of their senses in the enjoyment of the thoughtful details that Sarah and Keith provides for their family and friends.

As the man of the hour, Keith is honored in Sarah’s choice of a Grooms Cake to reflect his occupation as a Medical Doctor.

RECEPTION

PRELUDE AND POSTLUDE CEREMONY

A string quartet will provide entertainment before and after the ceremony. A harpist will introduce the bride to her guests and provide enhancements throughout the service.For the reception, a live band will perform for the guests’ enjoyment.

Sarah and Keith choose to express their gratitude through small favors for their guests, along with a small card denoting their decision to donate in their guests’ honor to Chicago Children’s Hospital. Handwritten notes will also be sent shortly after the honeymoon.
