WHAT DOES 2016 BRING?

For me 2016 brings hope and new beginnings. I’ve completed a difficult year which challenged me and took me way outside my own comfort zone. I’ve gone from running my healing practice in my clinic in South East England, to taking the path of an online entrepreneur and building an online business. In the last 6 months of 2015, I’ve launched my website, and my Spiritual Mentoring products, as well as building an E-Course. I have connected with like minded Souls all around the World and worked with clients looking to develop their Spiritual life, looking to grow as authentic individuals and looking to turn up as the best ‘human’ they can be. The feedback I’ve received from my clients has been wonderful and I am humbled to be able to help others with my work.

In 2016 I aim to continue to build on last year’s foray into the online market and I have a new product to launch for all of you out there wanting to amplify your vision for your life as you step into this year.

SELF HEALING - 3 EASY TIPS

When we get to know our own wants and needs we begin to live from a place of authenticity and emotional health, rather than a place lived because others have taught us we ‘should’ do something, or we ‘must’ do something. When

what we actually need to do is whatever makes our energy, our body and our mind feel alive, content and happy with who we are and what we are putting out into the World.

MY 3 TOP TIPS TOWARDS SELF HEALING EVERYDAY!

1. Always listen to your inner voice. If it is negative and circling around, free write until those thoughts are all out on paper.. never read them again, burn them, then feel how much space you have freed up within you for new more positive thoughts to come in.

2. With new found ‘space’ you will begin to hear your true authentic voice. If you’re not ready to speak what you hear, journal it, make your voice real with the words you write. Go back and re-read, you will see how wise you are.

3. Be grateful for your life, you have many things that are wonderful and unique. Gratitude breeds love, and love is the highest vibration you can have in your energy, heart and mind. Nurture the vibration of love within.

The Oracle at DelphiTemple of Apollo

Earlier in 2015 I visited Athens, I love the Greek way of life and in particular that City, right on the Mediterranean Sea and close to the Mountains, a mix of sun, sea and (for my sins) shopping. Mount Parnassus is a 2 hour drive away, high enough to have snow in the winter, in fact there is a ski resort and village just 5 minutes away. I’ve always wanted to visit Delphi, the fabled Temple of Apollo, where the Seven Sages of Ancient Greece sat down and wrote their dictums. The place where the ancients came for guidance from The Oracle and home to the God Apollo.

The words ‘Know Thyself’ and ‘Nothing in Excess’ were engraved on the entrance to Delphi. Two things that I advocate in life now. Both are difficult to achieve in today’s Western World, but if you do all things in moderation, and truly know yourself, your life amongst the melee of our culture will be more peaceful and content.

The Oracle in the times of Delphi was a virgin (there were always more than one), they lived in the Temple, a fissure in the ground emitted vapours which The Oracle would inhale and then speak the words of Apollo, but famously would never give a straight answer, there would always be the aspect of free will and choice. Many travelled miles to hear what The Oracle would predict, often to leave more confused than before. Only by knowing yourself and your life, can you act upon advice facilitated by another.
