This approval includes a lease area of 67m2. It is noted that the detailed design stage has determined that the footings required for the facility require a larger lease area (10 m x 10 m). Therefore, can Council please confirm if the increased lease area (from 67m2 to 100m2) demonstrated in the attached plans is generally in accordance with Condition 1 of the development approval? If you require anything further, please do not hesitate to get in contact with me on the details below.
