Responsibilities and Accomplishments:

Providing a direct support to the Executives line ensuring that day-to-day administrative work is prioritizing and operating effectively and smoothly.

Keen the confidentiality of all tasks, sensitive issues and non-routine information

Contribute and assist the Executives with the private and personal business securing that it runs efficiently.

Arranging and coordinating business (daily/weekly/monthly) schedules; internally and externally.

Responsible for maintaining all office and personal files. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their

preparing responses to routine inquiries and follow up the general office paper work. Compiling and composing correspondences in both English and Arabic related to:

official letters, Faxes, Internal Memorandum, reminders, messages, notices, circulars, reports, table Sheets .. etc.

Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email . Wording and framing different types of certificates (Work, salary, experience, etc…);

as well as goodwill letters (Thanking, Congratulation, Condolences, Reference,etc..). Greeting visitors & dealing with local/international clients and officials. Coordinate among staff and departments comforting the team work. Assist in purchasing the office equipments, tools, furniture and so on, with good

expenditure. Develop Stationary & inventory system to keep accurate records of ordering items and

office requirements, which help in keeping office consumption and financially organized. Control the overseas calls by defining and classifying the monthly list. Handling the petty cash, and responsible for all daily and regular office expenses. Coordinate and produce the advertisements to be placed in appropriate newspaper or

magazines. Help in basic financial matters preparing simple payroll, dealing with banks for

checking the company’s accounts, deposits and balance,…etc. Publish all official and governmental documents to the Company and follow up for

their expirations and renewals. Preparing Government’s forms and documents to process visa, medical formalities,

residencies, and civil IDs.
