Sat Nam Rasayan® is an ancient healing technique from the tradition of Kundalini Yoga according to Yogi Bhajan and has been taught by Master Guru Dev Singh since 1989. Learning Sat Nam Rasayan® is a profound experience that opens the human being to an infinite series of possibilities In silence and in a specific transcendent state of consciousness, one experiences the great strength that lies in this silence and in doing nothing. Sat Nam Rasayan is a direct path to awareness and intuitive living. "Sat Nam" means soul, "Rasayan" means flowing. This free flow brings with it a healing revitalization. It gives joy, serenity, and courage to live. Sat Nam Rasayan is free from dogma, religion, and belief. All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. In this workshop we will work in pairs under the guidance of Sat Siri Kaur. Sat Siri Kaur has taught Kundalini Yoga since 2003. In addition to being a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor and a Sat Nam Rasayan® practitioner and student instructor, she is an Amrit Method® Yoga Nidra facilitator. Please visit www.satsiri.com
