Background: ClimDev Africa Background: ClimDev‐Africa The ClimDev is a joint program of the Commission of the
African Union (AUC), African Development Bank (AfDB), and ( ), p ( ),the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA).
The Program has three main result areasg widely available climate information, packaging and
dissemination quality analysis for decision support and management
practice informed decision‐making awareness and advocacy informed decision making, awareness and advocacy
Comprises three main instruments for implementation –African Climate Policy Center (ACPC) at UNECA and the African Climate Policy Center (ACPC) at UNECA, and the Climate Change and Desertification Control Unit at the AUC and ClimDev Special Fund (CDSF) managed by the AfDB. 08/09/20163

Regional Climate Centre of AGRHYMET: The project aims to strengthen the capacity of ECOWAS Regional Climate Center and the network of the NMHSs to produce and disseminate information in order to reduce the climate risks. Total amount in Euros (3,90 Millions).
