FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICEOur menus are designed to offer you a premium quality selection. Our congress services department will be available to assist in customizing your menus so that they reflect the particular needs of your event. The hotel does not allow any outside food (except for wedding cake) and drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) in the banquet rooms, and any food and drinks served in the banquet rooms must be consumed on-site. DoubleTree by Hilton Montreal is the sole party with a SAQ-issued liquor sales and service permit, and all related laws and restrictions are enforced. Prices and menu selection may vary from those indicated upon reservation.

ALLERGIESAny special requests must be submitted to us, in writing, at least 72 business hours prior to the event.

DECORTable centerpieces and/or room decor must adhere to Hotel and fire department regulations. Candles must be contained in glasses; no open flames are permitted. Balloons must be tied and cannot be floating. Putting tacks or nails into walls, ceilings and doors is strictly forbidden, as are fog and smoke machines. Suppliers are responsible for their own equipment and installation, and they must keep any extra equipment in the reception room and out of guests’ sight. For safety reasons, all electric cords must be covered with adhesive tape.

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTSThe Hotel can cater to all your electrical requirements. Extra costs may apply for non-standard electric panels. For more information, please contact PSAV.

SECURIT YThe Hotel reserves the right to request, at the client’s cost, security personnel for an event. To ensure hotel security, arrangements may be made in advance.

PAYMENTUpon signature of a contract, a 25% deposit on the total amount must be paid in order to confirm your event reservation. A second deposit of 50% must be paid 90 days prior to your event. The estimated balance is due two weeks prior to your event. Payments can be made with a credit card, cheque or cash.
