• Turner and RLB Indices report changes in construction cost quarterly to track escalation of construction costs

• These are projections based on 2018 dollars and do not attempt to anticipate relative purchasing power in 2021.

• This comparison shows that the average change per year in consumer price index is forecasted to be much lower (avg. 1.48%/year) than the average change in construction cost escalation (avg. 4.8%/year)

1. Data Compilation

▪ Compile Traffic Data at 16 intersections

2. Trip Generation and Distribution for Four Scenarios

▪ How many cars are redistributed as a result of redistricting?

▪ How many cars are redistributed from Hunnewell School?

3. Qualitative Analysis

1. 2026 No-Build and Build – Late Hunnewell

Conclusions

▪ Pre-existing conditions operate with significant delay

and queuing on Weston Road, Route 9, and Kingsbury

Street

▪ Changes in traffic patterns will exacerbate

conditions

▪ More intersections impacted when Hunnewell

relocates to Upham

▪ Mitigations measures such as implementing carpool or

buses

Conclusions▪ Scenario 1A – Redistricting traffic impacts will be more

concentrated in area of Upham School. Additional impact to

Washington Street, Kingsbury Street, and Route 9

▪ Scenario 1B – Redistricting traffic impacts will be more

concentrated along Weston Road. Additional impact to

Washington Street, Kingsbury Street, and Route 9

▪ Scenario 2A – Additional impact to Washington Street,

Kingsbury Street, and Route 9

▪ Scenario 2B – Weston Road at Route 9 interchange and Hardy

Driveway at Weston Road significantly impacted
