Five Year Diversity PlanFive Year Diversity Plan City Council approved an ordinance adopting

the City’s Five Year Diversity Action Plan on January 17, 2013.

Developed in partnership with the Fair Contractors Coalition which is comprised of community leaders/stakeholders, small business owners, and City staff from Capital Improvements Management Services (CIMS) and Economic Development Department (EDD).

Developed in response to the lack of participation of African American, Asian and Native American firms on 2012 Bond Program.

Increase the number of minority and woman-owned firms in the City’s Central Vendor Registry
