No security only Co obligation of Parents .

Above Rs.4 lacs and upto Rs.7.50 lacs:Co-obligation of parents together with collateralsecurity in the form of TPG. Bank may inexceptional cases waive TPG.

Above Rs. 7.50 lacs Co-obligation of parents together with tangiblecollateral security of suitable value along withassignment of future income of student.

The loan to be repaid in 5-7 years aftercommencement of repayment.

REPAYMENT HOLIDAY / MORATORIUM

Course period+1 year or 6 months after getting jobwhichever is earlier. Accrued interest during the

RATES OF INTEREST

Loans may be given only on a floating rate basis.

1% concession in Interest Rate, if full interest isrepaid, during moratorium period.

Simple interest to be charged during moratoriumperiod.

Penal Interest: @ 2% to be charged for loansabove Rs. 4 lacs for the overdue amount andoverdue period.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Second loan can be granted if first loan isoutstanding i.e top up loan within overall limit.Combined repayment is one year aftercompletion of 2ndcourse, or 6 months after takingup a job.

Loan is sanctioned at nearest branch to place ofdomicile of student and correspondence addressmust be noted to track the loan

Educational institutions often enhance the feesduring the course. Funding of enhanced costpermitted case-to case basis.
