SBOeCube 3.0 Installation Server and Client Components

Prerequisites: SBOeCube installation package has been downloaded. A server machine is ready with min. 2GB free physical RAM, min. 4 Core Processor, SQL Server 2005 or higher is installed with SAP B1
Databases. A client machine (if required) is ready with min. 1GB free physical RAM, min. 2 Core Processor, min. 4MBPS dedicated connectivity with the server. For evaluation purposes a standalone
machine (similar to client machine) with all the prerequisites installed and ready.

Start installation of SBOeCube using setup in the Installation Package
Go to the location
where the installation
setup is saved. Open
the folder, right click on
the setup and click on
Run as administrator.
Click on Next.

Click on Next.
Select “Server” for
server installation with
all SBOeCube
components on the
server machine first.
And then later-on select
either “Client with
Tools” or “Client
without Tools” as per
your need on the client
machines.

Click on Next.
The installation is
processing.

Now the installation of
SBOeCube selected
component has been done.
On server installation
“SBOeCube Configuration
Wizard” will be opened next
automatically.
Click on Next.

Select “SQL Server”
from the dropdown or
type it.
Provide sa in “User
Name” and it’s
“Password”.
N.B. It’s the location
where SBOeCube system
database will be installed
and SAP B1 is also
installed in it.
Select the common
database of SAP B1.
Recommendation: Keep
as it is.

Select the name of
system database of
SBOeCube.
Recommendation: Keep
as it is.
Feed all the details for
License Request.
N.B. Don’t Skip this step if
it’s your first installation
on the target machine.

License request make
take several minutes.
Ensure that internet
connection is available
on the system and
nothing is blocking
SBOeCube to
communicate over
internet.
Click on “Finish”

Next, proceed to SBOeCube License activation with
the details sent to your mail box. The steps are
similar to the previous version of SBOeCube.
