Buteven i there is no damageto a home, an untrimmedtree may go down
and a beloved tree can be lost.In order to alleviate losing trees,
and/or branches and limbs tostorm damage, it is recommended that
homeowners have theirtrees trimmed so they are not top heavy and
thereore less proneto going down in a monsoon. Obviously even a
good and propertrimming is not a guarantee that you will not lose
any trees, buthaving them trimmed will greatly decrease the chance

I am excited to be the new Fitness
and Wellness Coordinator
or Sun City Anthem. I am
dedicated to helping anyone
who wants to achieve greater health and wellness
and will do so by ocusing on dierent aspects
of ones life-physical, intellectual, social, and
spiritual. I believe that my degree in Exercise
and Wellness, with a concentration in Health
Promotion, will serve as a great oundation
to develop and implement individualized
ftness programs and classes or all residents

proud to introduce Dana Raimondi(ormerly Dana Howell). Dana has
been promoted and is now responsible or oversight o the Fitness
andWellness Operations. We are confdent that Dana will be a true
asset to the overall operations in her new
position . Her ofce is located in the Fitness Center at the
Union Center.
