1. On April 2017, Presiden Joko Widodo has launched Economic Equality Policy that consist

of three pillars: land, opportunities and humand resources improvement. To increase

social and justice for people in terms of utilization of land, government already

implemented Land Reform and Social Forestry program.

2. Until the end of December 2017, almost 6.376.460 land certificates for farmers has been

issued for about 1.958.928 hectares land or 50,23% from 3,9 million hectares target.

Government has also issued 27.299 land certificates for about 54.598 hectares land of

land legalization of transmigrasion or 9,09% from 0,6 million hectares target.

3. For aset redistribution, about 262.321 land certificates of eks-HGU and abandoned land

for about 199.726 hectares has been issued or 49,9% from target 400.000 hectares. Also,

750.123 hectares of forest land has been released as TORA or 18,2% from target 4,1

Objectives:

- To achieve of Sustainable Development Goals

I. Scalling Up Land Utilization: Sustainable Paddy field (based on arrigation paddy land which

determined based on spatial planning policy) in national level

1.Land use in Java area

- Land consolidation/klaster (one village one product, mix farming)--) existing land

- Social forestry: smallholder has acces for land with various scheme

II. Promoted development of farmers through: open access of land, supplai chain development

(input quality, fertilizer, GAP, post harvest handling, and marketable) and Financial access

(KUR).

III. Priority : Farmer, Group of Farmer, Offtaker and Private Sector

Sampai tahun 2017 telah diberikan akses pengelolaan lahan melalui Perhutanan Sosial seluas 1,431,499.534 ha,

dimana seluas 449.104,234 ha diberikan selama kurun waktu 2007 – 2014, dan 982.395,3 ha diberikan dalam

kurun waktu 2015 – 2018 dengan total KK sebanyak 295,456 KK (4.251 Unit SK). Pelaksanaan Perhutanan Sosial

dilakukan melalui 5 skema kerjasama, yakni Skema Hutan Desa (53%), Hutan Kemasyarakatan (22%), Hutan

Tanaman Rakyat (17%), Kemitraan (7%), dan Hutan Adat (1%).
