Checklist for lecture/event:

Contact faculty member on behalf of SCC regarding event and establish a set date.

Create/ execute promotional plan: posters, online, etc.

Reserve a room with Becky Hudson or administrator in office for set date.

Contact third party contributers: Food, Materials, etc.

Inform SCC members of individual responsibilities during lecture (video record, photography, notes)
