PROCESS OF REGISTRATION(New & Renewal Iqama)

2REQUIRED DOCUMENTSA copy of your National ID (for Saudis),
Iqama (if issued), or visa and entry page from the Passport (for
newcomer).A copy of Passport (personal information page)An
introduction letter from the employer, attested by the Chamber of
Commerce.Copy of the Bachelors graduation certificate (both
sides).Detailed or consolidated marks/transcript of records (from
Indian, Pakistani, Sri Lankan, Bangladeshi, and Philippine
universities) and for the certificates where the engineering
discipline/major is not specified.A 200x200 pixel recent color
photograph.Attested experience certificates (required for levels
higher than Engineer).

an account already, by entering the basic info on 1st page and
continue to the next page.Select the appropriate category.Any
mistake will result in deletion of the entire fileCarry on until
the last step where you will be given a bill number for SADAD
Payment for the first amount of 500 Saudi Riyal. SCE Biller Code is
123 (Please contact Admin Dept for Payment) Please note that this
amount is non-refundable.Please wait after the payment until you
get an SMS for the initial approval (in case of all the documents
are correct) or file return (if incomplete) or final rejection (for
insufficient qualifications).
Once the bill is paid, wait for a text message from SCE for the
amount is credited to SCE account. Expat engineers may visit SCE to
collect a Registration Notification Letter, should you require (to
Jawazat, Maktab Amal, or Istiqdam offices).Notice:Please note that
this entire process is the first phase of your accreditation
process. Acceptance on this phase does not necessarily mean that
your accreditation is complete.No refund request is entertained
after the initial approval, at any stage, for any reason.The final
acceptance is based on verification of your credentials from the
source for genuineness through an International agency.SCE reserves
the right to take strict punitive actions against any fake
credential submitted.
What to do if the file is returned?If you have received a text
stating that your file is incomplete, it is because you missed to
upload some documents or uploaded in inappropriate manner.Login to
your account using the username and password.Carefully read the
comments posted by the verifier.Follow the instruction to complete
your file and resubmit going through the remaining steps, until you
get a successfully submitted message.Wait for the second payment
message after the application is approved.
After the registration Please contact Administration Department
to get a Iqama from Passport office.
ay the fees through the channels mentioned and take the receipt
personally to the Engineering Council Office to get the letter to
Jawazath for renewal of Iqama.
