10 Taking out existing damaged door shutters and providing & fixing
new panelled door shutters with 12 mm thick commercial ply of
approved quality and manufacture with commercial veneering on
both faces, all frame members of the shutters shall be straight, out
of one piece without any warp or bow , including welding of MS butt
hinges wherever required, removal of handles/ tower bolts/locking
bolt from old shutters and refixing the same to new shutters with
necessary screws :

13 Dismantling of already removed / damaged panelled/glazed or flyproof
doors/ windows shutters and remaking of new door/window shutters
byusing old styles, beadings etc. including fixing of these repaired
door/window shutters in position, including removal of damaged door /
windows, if and wherever required complete. The extra plywood /new
wooden pieces, new fittings such as tower bolts, sliding bolts,
handles,hinges etc. if and wherever required and provided shall be
paidseparately. In case of glazed/ flyproof shutters the glass and wire
