SCHMITEC is 100% Bumiputra and was incorporated in Malaysia
under the Companies Act on 22nd July 2009 as a private limited
company and went into full operation since October 2010. Schmitec
has been a Petronas Licensed Company since 24th June 2010 and also
registered with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) since 9th November
2011.
Management Team comprises of former PETRONAS employee with over
26 years of Experience in Oil and Gas industry.
