Each event that is executed will be worth a certain amount of
points that will be considered at the end of the year towards the
Scholar Chapter Awards. These points along with the quality of the
events and application will be used to determine the Scholar

HSF Scholar Chapter funds that Scholar Chapters are allowed to
request (Up to $250 per mini-grant). It is first- come,
first-served. The requests will be available starting October 6 th.
Two Application Cycles ($3,000 available each cycle): October 6,

1.Submit the Event Registration Form You are allowed to request
up to $250 per mini-grant. Once your Event Registration Form is
received, the Scholar Chapters Coordinator will review your
request. If your request is approved, you will receive an email
from the Coordinator. 2.Pay for items 3.Submit required Event Forms
(Sign-In Sheets, Post-Event, etc.) 4.Submit your Expense Report.
(You have to upload your receipts in the form so please do not lose
your receipts and always keep the original until
